Experiences
Beyondthe room
The sea doesn't stay on the beach. Sails that open at dawn, wines that light up with the last light, and nights that end with jazz on the terrace.
The agenda
Every day, something to remember
Six plans a week, limited spots and house hosts.
Sunset Wine Tasting
Fridays at 8:00 PM on the upper terrace. Six wines from small Mediterranean producers, presented informally as the sun sets. 8 spots.
A morning on a sailboat
Saturday mornings. Three hours of coastline, coves unreachable by any road, and a swim in the open sea. House captain. 10 seats.
Sunrise Yoga
Every day at 07:30 on the private beach, before breakfast. Mat, sea, and the first light. All levels. 14 spots.
Cook with Lucía's Team
Thursdays at 11:00 AM. The fish market decides the menu; you cook it with the restaurant team and eat it at the long table. 6 spots.
Old Town Walk
Wednesday afternoon. Two hours through the old town with someone who has known it their whole life: ovens, workshops, and the history that isn't in the guidebooks. 12 spots.
Jazz on the Terrace
Saturdays at 10:00 PM. Live trio, low light, and the sea in the background. The only night the house stays up late. 30 seats.

What they remember when they return
Saturday's sailboat took us to a nameless cove. Swimming there, with no one else around, is unforgettable.
Cooking with the restaurant team and eating your own rice at the long table: the best plan of the trip.
Sunrise yoga changed my trip. I went for one day and ended up going for all five.
Friday's tasting isn't a tasting: it's an after-dinner conversation with views that lasts until the sun sets.
